Noah stood there building the Ark for 400 years. People could see it...it was a witness to everyone...."Hey Noah!" the people asked, "Why are you building that big boat?!" And Noah would reply,"God is going to send a flood and destroy the world! Would you like to get in the Ark?" The people just laughed at Noah, ..."No thanks! We're fine just the way we are! Ha Ha Ha!" And then one day it started to rain....

...and the flood came...and only Noah and his family were saved.

 Now today, there is another Ark. Something that God has put forth as a visual, solid, real sign of His Plan to save the world! The Christian stands in front of the cross, and tells the world, "Jesus died to save you...would you like to be saved?" And the people still laugh at God's plan of salvation. They turn down the free gift of eternal life.

The cross is the same as the Ark. Believing in Jesus is the only way to be saved....but people turn Him down every day...they just don't know what they are missing...but they will find out--!
