When the Lord helped us start this website, He gave us 3 principles to work by...
1. Do not solicit or accept donations.
2. Give away the Gospel and all your ministry for free.
3. Do all you can to encourage other believers to do what you do. Work together as equals.
We have found that these goals are very good ones to work by and truly allow God to be the supply. We have been blessed to give away over 30 million free tracts over the last 14 years. We give all the credit to God and His help, and to the many, many people who have worked with us by downloading and printing their own tracts, as well as those who have written tracts and Bible studies for the website.
Even though most people download and print the tracts themselves, there are some folks who either can't afford to print them or don't have a printer available. What we do is to give them master copies of about 20 tracts through the mail. What we would like to do is give these folks more. We just want to get more tracts into the hands of all those people who want to share the Gospel, and what we have learned over the years is that if we can do it, so can you!
We are looking for fellow believers who would like to give away master copies of tracts through the mail.
What does this entail?
It's really very simple and not expensive at all. There are 2 or 3 tracts on each page, and each tract package contains 6 or 7 pages, plus a half-sheet of instructions. The reason we do this is because the tracts, in a 9 x 12 envelope, will weigh about 2 ounces. The postage for this package, shipped within the USA comes to only 63 cents. The postage to ship this same package to other places in the world averages about $1.65.
We would be glad to set up your tract distribution ministry by giving you a group of tracts to copy. We have hundreds of tracts at our website. You could choose the ones you would like share, or let us choose a group for you.
What will you have to do?
Well, first you will have to make copies of your tracts. We have a laser printer that makes 2-sided copies and it has worked just great for us. You might already own a printer like this. If you don't, it is just as cost-effective to make copies on a copying machine or at any local printer. In our area, all 3 alternatives are about equally priced, but shop around, you might find a self-service copying machine to be the best choice (we used copying machines for years before we bought the printer).
The price for copies should be about 15-20 cents per page, which adds a little more than a dollar to the total cost.
The only other thing you will need to keep in supply are standard 9 x 12 envelopes (cost: about 5 cents each).
So, the total cost should be under $2 per packet in the U.S. and about $3.50 to send to anywhere else in the world (exact postage can be calculated at "USPS.com"). Of course, if you live outside the U.S, postage rates will be different.
How much work will it entail?
Well, really not much!
You will have to keep envelopes and copies in supply. Generally, about once a month we print a set of 20 tracts, and have the envelopes stuffed and ready to go. Your local post office should have a stamp machine that sells what you need for postage. A little hint, but 2 oz of U.S. postage always comes to one 1st class stamp (39 cents) and one post card stamp (24 cents). So there is really no need to wait in line at the post office and ask them to weigh your package. The first time you mail something it might be a good idea to have the post office double-check the weight of the package. (A small postal scale might be a bit of extra equipment to have on hand).
How many packages will you have to send out?
Well that's up to you.
On average, we receive about 3-6 requests for tracts each week. If you would like to send tracts to everyone we send to, that would be great. But, if you would like to take a set amount of requests on a weekly or monthly basis, that would be great too.
Our objective is to get tracts in the hands of those folks out there who want to share the Gospel. We and they will appreciate all you can do.
So you will be in control of the cost and the work involved.
Trust us, it's really not hard at all. As we said, we've kept up doing this for about 14 years now, through computer breakdowns, moving twice, and raising 3 kids. Trust us, if we can do it, anyone can (and you will probably do a better job than we do-!)
So, what's the first step?

We'll be glad to answer any questions you might have.
